A welding monitor or arc logger is a device that is used to measure and record various parameters of a welding process, such as welding current, voltage, and wire feed speed. These devices can help to improve the quality and efficiency of the welding process by providing real-time feedback on the welding parameters and allowing for adjustments to be made as needed. Some welding monitors also have the capability to store data and generate reports, which can be useful for quality control and compliance with industry standards.
The MonArc 4.0 is able to monitor one channel, the system can monitor voltage, current, wire feed, heat input, and energy calculations, and optional remote assistance can be provided.
With non-intrusive probes, the systems monitor voltage and current as standard with additional options including:
- Wire feed speed
- Remote assistance
- Wireless networking connectivity
Seamless Digital Exchange
Our next generation of weld monitoring and data logging systems combine the latest software advances to facilitate the seamless digital exchange of welding data at all levels for IoT and Industry 4.0 compliance. With wireless capabilities for network connectivity and TVC wireless sensors, VNC interface software, and remote assistance, it doesn’t matter where in the world you are.
Cloud-based Database
